NOTE: MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells were treated with TZD18 (30 μmol/L) for 24 h. After incubation, total RNA was isolated and applied to microarray analysis as described in Materials and Methods. Genes that changed ≥2-fold in their expression levels by TZD18 were selected using GeneSpring software. Several genes that closely related to endoplasmic reticulum stress signaling are listed.
