NOTE: Multiple genes involved in angiogenesis, including growth factors and receptors, adhesion molecules, proteases, matrix proteins, and transcription factors, were evaluated for expression using real-time PCR via the RT2 Profiler PCR Array System. The table lists the genes of interest evaluated and their fold increase or decrease in the high‐metastatic variant as compared with the parental cell line. In contrast to many of the angiogenesis-related genes evaluated, TSP-1 showed a 24-fold increase in expression in the high‐metastatic variant.
