In the article on CIC-3 and cancer drug resistance in the March 2007 (1) issue, the legend for Fig. 4B was incorrect. The apparent IC50 values were reported incorrectly and should be as follows: black circle, IC50 = 1790.14 ± 174; red circle, IC50 = 470.50 ± 43.
