Values were determined by the survival curves based on the linear quadratic model, using the formula S = e−αD-βD2, where S represents the surviving fraction at 10%, α the linear component of cell killing, β the quadratic component of cell killing, and D the dose of irradiation. SF4 is the surviving fraction at 4 Gy. SER is the sensitizer enhancement ratios for each of the treatment over control (si-GL2 treatment). Both the SF4 and SER values were calculated from the fitted curves.
