About the Cover

Cover Figure

Colo205 tumor–bearing nude mice were injected with 100 μCi of 111In-EC-HGS-ETR2 24 h after paclitaxel treatment (60 mg/kg i.v). Planar scintigraphic images were acquired 48 h after injection of the radiotracer. Whole-body autoradiography was then performed and photographs of coronal sections were taken. Autoradiography was documented in grayscale and color. These results demonstrate pronounced binding of 111In- HGS-ETR2 to Colo205 tumors in vivo following paclitaxel treatment. For details, see Gong et al. in this issue.
